Mr. Stokely concentrates his practice on all aspects of labor and employment law. He currently represents both employees and employers in a wide range of areas including wrongful discharge, employment litigation in federal and state court, employment relations, and compliance with federal and state employment laws. His experience includes five years of exclusive management-side labor and employment practice with a firm in New York City. He moved to Ohio in 1993 and continued his practice of management-side labor and employment law for four years prior to joining Altick & Corwin in 1997. Mr. Stokely is certified by the State of Ohio as a specialist in the practice of Labor and Employment Law. He also provides legal services for our firm's municipal clients and is currently the Assistant Law Director for the City of Beavercreek, Ohio.
