Attorney Profiles

Ms. Bennington concentrates her practice on general litigation matters.  Her practice includes experience in litigation of workers' compensation cases; representing claimants in social security disability and supplemental security income cases; assisting management in the City of Beavercreek, Oxford, Trotwood, and Centerville with legal issues confronting the city; and representing both employees and employers with a wide range of areas including wrongful discharge, employment litigation and employment relations.

In addition to her law practice, Ms. Bennington enjoys volunteering her time with local organizations such as the Beavercreek Community Theatre where she and her husband have gained experience in the art of acting and set design.  When she is not volunteering, she can be found at home spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends.
