Mr. Jacques practices primarily in the area of municipal litigation with an emphasis on appropriations, eminent domain, and land use. In this capacity, he represents individual and corporate clients and provides support to the Law Directors for the Miami Conservancy District and the cities of Beavercreek, Centerville, Oakwood, Oxford, Riverside, and Trotwood, Ohio. Mr. Jacques' experience also includes transactional work and civil litigation in the areas of administrative, commercial, construction, real estate, and domestic relations law.
Mr. Jacques joined Altick and Corwin in 2007, having worked previously with Hollencamp & Hollencamp and in private practice. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Dayton Bar Association, and First Amendment Lawyers' Association, and is a past member and sub-committee chair of the Dayton Bar Association's Bar Exam and Qualifications Committee. He is admitted to practice in all Ohio state courts, US District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, United States Tax Court, and has been admitted pro hac vice in other states.
He and his family reside in Kettering, Ohio.
