Attorney Profiles

Mr. Schmitt's practice covers general litigation and pre-litigation work. He has served numerous clients of the firm in matters ranging from collections, employment and labor disputes, estate litigation, condominium law, and municipal law.

Prior to law school, Mr. Schmitt was employed in retail and property management, and as a teacher in Dayton-area school districts. During law school, Mr. Schmitt spent a summer working and studying Irish and European Law in Dublin, Ireland . He is an Eagle Scout, and enjoys traveling to visit family, following his favorite baseball and college basketball teams, cooking, concerts, and good movies.
