Heidi has been in practice for over 20 years and brings her experience representing individuals and businesses to Altick & Corwin. Prior to joining Altick & Corwin, Heidi focused her practice in representing several large insurance companies and their insureds as well as assisting clients with estate planning and probate matters. Her practice at Altick & Corwin encompasses the areas of probate and estate planning, municipal law, and civil litigation. Heidi is admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio and in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Dayton Bar Association.
Heidi is a Dayton-area native and an active community participant. She has served on the Associate Board of the Dayton Art Institute and has been a Board member of the Dayton Philharmonic Volunteer Association for over 10 years. She has co-chaired the Designers' Show House which is the bi-annual fundraising event for the Dayton Philharmonic Volunteer Association, which supports music education for children in the Miami Valley and the Dayton Performing Arts Alliance. Heidi is also active on the Alumni Council for the Miami Valley School and currently serves as its Secretary.
Heidi received her bachelor's degree from DePauw University and her J.D. from the University of Dayton, School of Law.
Heidi and her husband, who is also an attorney, have a daughter and enjoy spending time with friends and family and traveling.
